Living in cohousing offers the best of city living, bringing together a diverse and vibrant group of people who value individuality and a sense of community. 

Our community has 56 people in 30 units. 

• 27% are 70+ and 14% are children.

• 32% are BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color)

• First languages spoken: Spanish, German, Chinese, Hebrew, French, and English

In addition to individual, fully-equipped units, we share and enjoy many common amenities, including:  a huge dining hall where we host dinners, parties, and social events; a cozy living room where we show movies and host various clubs; a playroom for children; a guest suite; a rumpus room with exercise equipment, ping-pong and a home theater; office space and meeting room; a laundry room; a large indoor bike storage area; and a basement workshop.
