**Please note information in the original July 30 publication, concerning accessing our pre-release client test environment has been updated effective August 25, 2021**

In our July 12 Single-Family news article, we announced that we’re enhancing the Loan Selling Advisor® cash-specified payup pricing process. Effective October 12th, 2021, the value of the cash-specified payup will be included in the mandatory fixed-rate note-rate level prices when creating a Freddie Mac price sheet or taking out a cash contract.

The cash-specified payup grid we currently publish through Loan Selling Advisor will be retired on the effective date. Thereafter, all cash-specified payup pricing will be included in the prices you see in Loan Selling Advisor.

To help you prepare for the new process, we’re providing access to a Loan Selling Advisor pre-release customer test environment starting August 23. In this CTE you can try out the new enhanced cash-specified payup pricing processes and other rate sheet changes.

However, before you start testing, please make sure you review the following:

    1. Loan Selling Advisor Website Preview. For illustrative purposes only, we’re providing a job aid of some of the changes to our website requests, and our product to cash-specified mapping table.
    2. Information on Accessing Our Pre-Release CTE:
      1. Testing availability opens August 23, at 9 a.m. EST. The test environment is supported from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., EST, Monday through Friday except for Freddie Mac holidays. You will need a new user ID and password in this special test environment, that we will issue to each Seller account that needs them. If you have not received your test credentials and need assistance, please contact your Freddie Mac representative.
