The Rhythm Experience and Africana Culture Trial (REACT!) II is a National Institutes of Health-funded research study being conducted at the University of Pittsburgh. This research study will compare two activities, an African Dance class and a Culture/Music class, which might be beneficial for older African Americans (ages 60-80). The study will examine whether brain health, fitness levels, or quality of life improve as a result of participating in these activities three times per week for six months.
You could be compensated up to $465 for your participation in this research study. Please call 412-389-0998 for information or to sign up for the waiting list. REACT! is also available for lectures and demonstrations.
