Art Place creates a unique destination, a collective, in which shared experience and community thrive.

Building a diverse and inclusive Art Place community is the only way to realize our vision for a safe, multicultural, multi-sensory experience at the intersection of art and place-making. Only from fostering respect among an inclusive team, to booking diverse performers and featuring under-represented voices and artists will Art Place achieve our highest potential.

Culture

Driven by a trio of interwoven cultural venues the Arts Place community will be celebrated through thoughtful shared experiences and the love of the arts.

Where art is part of daily life. Where creativity is a common thread. Where curiosity and wonder are an ever-present creative spirit.

Experience

Through our food, our architecture, and our programming Arts Place is all about partaking, not just watching or observing.

The curation and activation of common areas will allow guests to participate in an immersive journey from the moment they set their eyes on Arts Place.

Community

We’ll engage the creative class while connecting to the heartbeat of Fort Totten - the locals who have lived there for generations.

‍Our ‘All Walks, All Hours’ approach will fuel our endeavors in the local neighborhood surrounding Arts Place as we become an asset for Fort Totten.

What is Art Place?

Performance Venue

Exciting performances

A new 35,000 square-foot artist-friendly performance venue will feature touring artists, theater, and community programming. Events will be designed for full-day activation of Art Place: from a coffee offering at 7am to a nightcap after a show.
