Joy Glasser, founder of Glasser Group, Inc. is a trained leadership and certified coach holding certifications through the International Coach Federation and the Coach Training Institute. She is an experienced executive coach and consultant who partners with her clients in order to help them identify new possibilities, communication techniques and emotional awareness tools while meeting professional and personal goals. As a Qualified Administrator with the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), Joy supports clients as they identify, develop and strengthen their intercultural mindset, increasing both comfort and competence with diverse audiences.

Coaching has become the most effective resources in personal and professional development. It is a co-creative process that capitalizes on the existing wisdom of the client coupled with skills of the coach. Together, we work together to map out and execute a development plan that guarantees positive results for both the client personally and professionally. Coaching is a method of development that catalyzes the capacity for learning and growth and helps leaders sort through options for improvement to make clear decisions.

Joy’s clients have made their mark in health care, the entertainment industry, media, publishing, law and fashion. She has coached executives in business start-ups and in established firms. Her clients have worked in Minneapolis, New York, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, Los Angeles, Paris and Milan.

While building Glasser Group, Joy has specialized in individual and group coaching that is always collaborative while using new and innovative tools that allows clients to obtain insights and techniques that in order to advance themselves personally and professionally.

Joy Glasser also prepares interactive instructional design plans, facilitates workshops and conducts coach trainings. The assessments of Glasser Group trainings have lead to substantial increase in individual and corporate effectiveness.
