2019-20 (SENIOR): Played in 27 games (26 starts) ... averaged 11.5 points, 10.2 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game ... posted a total of 310 points, 275 rebounds, 42 blocks, 24 assists and 14 steals ... logged a total of 751 minutes for an average of 27.8 minutes per game ... one of three MW players to average a double-double during the 2019-20 season ... led the MW in blocked shots (1.5 bpg) and ranked third in rebounding (10.2 rpg), with 11 double-doubles (25 in his Bulldog career ... finished his career ranked fifth in blocked shots (129) and sixth in rebounds (742) in program history ... also finished his career fourth in MW history with 445 rebounds in conference games ... scored a career-best 23 points twice, including in a 62-37 road win at Cal Poly (Dec. 14) and in a road game at Colorado State (Jan. 22) ... scored at least 20 points in five games and scored in double figures in 16 contests ... recorded a season-high 15 rebounds in 77-74 home-opening  win over Winthrop, who later went on to win the Big South tournament championship as a Big South regular season co-champion ... collected at least 10 rebounds in 17 games, including the final nine games of the season ... named to the 2020 Dos Equis 3X3U National Championship Midseason Watch List by Intersport (Feb. 4).

2018-19 (JUNIOR): Played in 31 games (29 starts) ... averaged 11.8 points, 9.2 rebounds and 1.7 blocks per games ... posted a total of 366 points, 286 rebounds, 52 blocks, 25 steals and 23 assists ... logged a total of 795 minutes for an average of 25.6 minutes per game ... scored a career-high 21 points against Utah State in MW semifinal (March 15) ... collected a career-best 19 rebounds (a Save Mart Center record) in the Bulldogs’ 82-70 win over New Mexico (Feb. 2), also had 19 points in that win ... made a career-high nine field goals in the Bulldogs’ 73-53 win at San Jose State to open MW play (Jan. 2) ... led the MW in field goal percentage (59.9 percent, 154-257 FG), which also was the third-best single-season field goal percentage in program history ... ranked second in the MW in blocked shots (1.7/game), third in rebounding (9.2/game) and fourth in offensive rebounds (2.6/game) and defensive rebounds (6.6/game) ... had a team-high 11 double-doubles (14 in his career) ... scored in double figures 19 times (23 in his career), including two games with 20 or more points .. had 13 games with 10 or more rebounds (18 in his career).

2017-18 (SOPHOMORE):Played in 29 games ... averaged 4.6 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per game ... posted a total of 132 points, 158 rebounds, 32 blocks and seven steals ... logged a total of 363 minutes for an average of 12.5 points per game ... scored double-digit points in four games ... grabbed double-digit rebounds in five games ... recorded three double-doubles ... scored a career-high 20 points in the Bulldogs' 80-62 win over Wyoming (Feb. 2) ... grabbed a career-high 17 rebounds in the Bulldogs' 93-56 win over CSUMB (Dec. 18) ... finished the regular season third in the nation in total rebounds per minute (0.44 rebounds per minute played). 

2016-17 (FRESHMAN): Played in 13 games ... averaged 1.7 points and 1.8 rebounds per game ... logged a total of 82 minutes for an average of 6.3 minutes per game ... played 10 or more minutes in three games .... scored a season-high eight points twice (vs. Prairie View A&M on Nov. 14, 2016 and at Colorado State  on Feb. 11, 2017) ... had a season-high six rebounds in the Bulldogs' home game vs. Prairie View A&M on Nov. 14, 2016 ... grabbed at least two rebounds in six games ... had two blocks in Bulldogs' 88-54 home win over Holy Names University on Dec. 14, 2016 ... made appearance off the bench as Fresno State defeated New Mexico 65-60 in Mountain West quarterfinals in Las Vegas on March 9, 2017.

2015-16 (REDSHIRT): Redshirted the 2015-16 season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Quality Education Academy for his senior season ... played a total of 24 games ... averaged 13.6 points per game, 9.3 rebounds per game, 1.7 steals per game and 1.4 assists per game ... shot 69 percent at the free throw line.

PERSONAL: Parents are Paula and Bryon Grimes ... has two brothers, Braxton and Randal, and two sisters, Bree and Mia ... favorite athlete is NBA player Lebron James because Grimes believes he is the greatest basketball player of all time ... most admires his dad because he is the strongest person he knows ... chose Fresno State because he had a great feeling about the school ... received offers out of high school from 19 schools, including nine Mountain West and three Pac-12 schools (USC, Washington State and Oregon State) ... majoring in Africana Studies at Fresno State.
