The Sage Project Nomination Form
The Sage Project is a way to recognize students who have demonstrated innovation, creativity, risk-taking and leadership skills in their academic and personal lives. We are looking for students who have overcome adversity to shape their life and Kent State University experience. This initiative exists not only to highlight dedicated students, but also to inspire others to take advantage of all that Kent State University has to offer. We are looking for rich, unique, and inspiring stories. We hope to gather a diverse pool of nominees so the stories inspire a wide range of students, who will in turn see they can create their own amazing story.
Eligible participants are:
-Student enrolled at Kent State University as a full-time student during the award period
-In good academic standing (2.5 cumulative GPA Undergraduate and 3.0 cumulative GPA Graduate)
-Graduating on or after May 2021. (December 2020 Graduates are not eligible)
After you complete the nomination form, the student will be contacted and have the opportunity to complete the Sage Project application.
