Gladstone Camp Meeting is Happening NOW!

Gladstone Camp Meeting began last night with the Spanish language meetings and will continue through tomorrow evening. On Tuesday evening, the English language programming will begin at 7:00 pm! If you won't be able to make it this year in person, you can watch online at www.OregonConference.org!

Glacier View Ranch Staff Member has Close Encounter
of the Bear Kind


This week a staff member at Glacier View Ranch, the Adventist summer camp near Boulder, Colo., awoke to a pre-dawn crunching sound that turned out to be a black bear dragging him and his sleeping bag out of the main area of campus where he and several staff members were sleeping by the tepees! It Is Written
Breaks Ground
for New Ministry Headquarters


A groundbreaking ceremony for the new It Is Written ministry headquarters was held on July 10. More than 300 attended the event in Collegedale, Tennessee. 
Construction is targeted for completion in 2018. The building will be 40,905 square feet and include office, studio, and warehouse space. It will also house a fitness center, resource shop, and mission museum. Read more...

Bob Brooks Memorial – Bob Brooks, known to many in the area, a member of Healing Hope Church, passed away July 12. A memorial service will be conducted Sunday, July 23 at 11:00 am at Sunnyside Adventist Church, 10501 SE Market Street, Portland, Ore. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested making a donation to Adventist Heritage Ministry or the American Cancer Society. Condolences can be sent to the Brooks Family @ Healing Hope SDA Fellowship, 15150 NE Glisan St., Portland, OR 97230

Soul Winning Seminar – Dwayne Lemon, director of PTH Ministries will be conducting a weekend seminar focusing on methods of soul winning at Stone Tower Adventist Church, July 28 & 29. The seminar will begin at 7:00 pm on Friday, July 28 and will continue on Sabbath July 29, at 10:00 am, 11:00 am, and 3:00 pm. Lunch will be provided after the church service on Sabbath. Stone Tower Adventist Church is located at 3010 NE Holladay St. in Portland. For more information, call 503-232-6018.
