2021 - Davis appeared in nine games for the Lions drawing the start in three games ... Finished the season with a 1-0 record after pitching 23.2 innings of work while holding opposing batters to a .278 batting average.

Prior to Southern - Davis prepped at Northeast R-IV high school in Ciaro for coach Morgan Matthews ... Also participated in Basketball for coach Nic Zenker while being a four-year letter winner ... Davis was a four-year letter winner on the baseball diamond finishing his time as a Bearcat with 400 strikeouts while being named All-State once, All-District three times and All-Conference every year picking up Conference MVP for two season's ... Davis was part of the Bearcats team that were three time conference champs winning their district once. 

Personal - Jacob is the son of Jon and Malissa Davis and plans to major in accounting.
