2022-23 - Jenkins appeared in 16 games for the Lions off the bench as a forward while overcoming an injury during the season to average 4.7 points, 1.7 rebounds, 0.7 threes, 0.7 assists, and 0.7 steals a game in 13.6 minutes ... For the season scored 75 points going 23-for-68 from the field, 11-for-43 from three, 18-for-28 from free throws while grabbing 27 rebounds, dishing out 11 assists and collecting 11 steals ... Shot 33.8 percent from the field, 25.6 percent from three and 64.3 percent from free throws.
2021-22 - Jenkins appeared in 29 games for the Lions getting the start in two games as a forward ... In his first career start finished with 12 points and three assists against Northeastern State (Dec. 3) at home and shot 4-of-8 from the field and three ... Scored a season-high 29 points against Northeastern State (Jan. 30) on the road while adding five rebounds and three assists going 7-of-12 from the field, 6-of-11 from three and 9-of-10 from the free throw line ... Grabbed a season-high seven rebounds against #3 Northwest Missouri (Feb. 2) at home and had two assists ... Prior to Southern - Jenkins prepped at Har-Ber High School where he was a four-year letter winner for the Wildcats and coach Tommy Deffenbaugh ... As a senior, Jenkins averaged 19.0 points and 8.0 rebounds ... he scored over 2,000 points in his career averaging 24 points and seven rebounds in his career ... A four-time All-Conference and two-time All-State selection, Jenkins has also been selected to the All-State Tournament Team twice in his career ... Jenkins' single-game career highs include 40 points, 12 assists and 14 rebounds ... He was an ArBCA Top-Five honoree, while earning Northwest Arkansas Democrat Gazette First-Team honors and being named to the KURM Dream Team.Â
