2022-23 - Sigmon Jr. appeared in all 30 games for the Lions getting the start in 26 as a guard while averaging 12.3 points, 2.5 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.4 threes, 0.7 steals and 0.3 blocks a game in 29.1 minutes ... For the season scored 368 points going 137-for-306 from the field, 42-for-122 from three, 52-for-65 from free throws while grabbing 123 rebounds, dishing out 71 assists, blocking two shots and collecting 39 steals ... Shot 44.8 percent from the field, 34.4 percent from three and 80.0 percent from free throws.

Prior to Southern - Sigmon Jr. comes to Southern after spending three seasons at Wisconsin-Parkside (2019-22) which competes in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) ... As a Ranger played in 74 games with 31 starts while averaging 7.9 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists a game while shooting 41.0 percent from the field, 36.0 percent from three and 75.3 percent from free throws ... Finished his career at Parkside with 584 points, 95 made three's, 192 rebounds and 129 assists ... Was named as the team's Most Improved Player in 2020-21 after averaging 9.8 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.9 assists a game while being the top shooter on the team going 29-of-69 for 42.0 percent ... Prepped at Canton High School where he was a three year letter winner for coach Jummy Reddy and was also involved with the football program during his time ... A three time first-team All-Conference selection was also named first-team All-Area twice and was a two time All-State selection while helping his team to two KLAA Championships ... As a senior for the Chiefs Sigmon Jr. averaged 17.5 points, 5.5 assists, 5.0 rebounds and 2.8 steals a game.

Personal - Vinson is the son of Shawnta and Vinson Sigmon Sr. and plans to major in environmental health and safety at Southern.
