THE JOURNEY CONTINUES 10 - 2 - 2018
Sincerely, Miles, Shakira, and Eduardo - 5.12.18
"There were audible moans, groans and shouts put forth on behalf of the audience that were so emotionally charged that it was difficult to hold back the tears. This is one powerful piece of filmmaking." - Pam Nadon, The Observer
Our first screening blew past all expectations - even our own! For those who were present, the test screen of Sincerely, the Black Kids will soon prove itself to have been a timeless experience.
Sundancin' Around!
A huge shout-out to the Sundance Institute, as our project Sincerely, the Black Kids was chosen for review and work-shopping this past month from the industry’s finest! The Sundance Short Film Intensive was held on April 13, 2018, where nine other fellows and I soaked up as much knowledge and clout as possible in a single day. Find out more here!

Deep South, we outchea!
Though today was meant to be nothing more than a travel day, Eduardo and I got a small dose of the Clemson experience thanks to our future 53rd president Jaren Stewart and the real MVP of the day Lauren McCabe. We didn't catch the day on film, but we didn't have to: this leg of the filming journey necessitated an initial welcome and warm-up whether we knew it or not.
