We look forward to seeing you and your girls!! Each girl needs to have a permission form and a photography waiver. Links to access these forms are provided below. Please be sure all girls have these forms signed by a parent.

I will carry a permission slip for every child I am supervising who is attending this event without their parent/legal guardian. *

The permission form can be downloaded from https://gfscalifornia.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/11PermissionFormForOutings.pdf A permission form for this event must be completed by the guardian and given to the driver for the outing.

I will support the regimen that all participants maintain at least 6 foot distance from other participants . Only those in the same household will not be required to maintain social distancing

I understand no food will be permitted. If food is required within the 2 hour period by a participant, the participant will need go to the car where the food is located and eat it there, and then return to the activities.
