Please join us for a showcase of over 50 community-based organizations and City agencies that provide free and low cost services, programming or products for schools.

The event includes:

  • NYC Department of Education free wellness support and resources
  • NYC Parks free and low cost public programs
  • PE and Health Education curricular resources
  • Up-to-date wellness research, policy and advocacy resources
  • Raffle prizes

Whatever may be on your wellness wish-list, this expo can help.

On October 4, 2018, the Office of School Wellness Programs in partnership with the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation will host the annual Think-Move-Achieve Resource Expo: A Back-to-School Wellness Marketplace.

During the event, school community members from health and physical education teachers to other school wellness champions, are invited to convene at the Lost Battalion Hall Recreation Center (93-29 Queens Blvd, Rego Park Queen, NY). Here, they will connect with community partners, Office of School Wellness Programs and NYC Parks Department staff identifying resources to bring back to their school in the 2018-19 school year.

You are invited to join the event during one of the following time slots:

  • 9:00 A.M. - 11:30 A.M. or
  • 12:30 P.M. - 3:00 P.M.

Upon registration, you will be asked to choose one of these time slots to attend. Both times will have the same resources and programming.
