Frisco scores another headquarters move to Hall Park on the tollway

Altair Global is moving its headquarters from Plano to the Hall Park office campus in Frisco.

A Plano-based business relocation firm is planning its own relocation — up the road to Frisco.

Altair Global plans to move its corporate headquarters from the Legacy business park in West Plano to the Hall Park office campus in Frisco. Altair is leasing almost 65,000 square feet of office space at 3201 Dallas Parkway on the west side of the Dallas North Tollway. About 300 people in Altair's head office will be making the move.

The business relocation management firm has been in the One Legacy Circle office tower in Plano since 2008.

"We are in the business of providing experiences," Chad Sterling, Chief Executive Officer of Altair Global said in a statement.  "This decision will allow everyone at Altair Global to bring their best selves to the workplace and will extend to our customers, many of whom are challenged with being transferred across the world, often facing incredible logistical challenges under short time frames.

"Being part of a welcoming, diverse and supportive community like Frisco is so positive for our business."

The 29-year-old company picked Hall Park after looking at multiple locations in the area.

"Through an extensive site search, it was determined that Hall Park would be the perfect building due to the location, amenities and ability to have a clean slate to create the workplace environment that captures the essence of the Altair Global brand," said Maureen Kelly Cooper of commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield.

Kelly Cooper and Cushman & Wakefield's Randy Cooper, Dean Collins and Emily Hoffman negotiated the lease with building owner Hall Group's Kim Butler, Cynthia Cowen and Brad Gibson.

With the new lease, the 3201 Dallas Parkway building is now 80 percent leased with tenants including Wintrust Commercial Finance, Opportun, Brennan Wealth Advisors, Origin Bank and Serendipity Labs.

The Altair Global move is the third recent major business relocation to Frisco.

Wisconsin-based financial services firm Fiserv is consolidating hundreds of workers in the new Frisco Station office building in Frisco.

And Brierley+Partners, a firm that specializes in customer loyalty programs and marketing, is also relocating its global headquarters from Plano to Frisco.

The 20-year-old Hall Park is a 162-acre mixed-use development with 2.5 million square feet of office space and 17 buildings.
