Modern Market will open its second location in Plano this year at 2100 Dallas Parkway, Ste. 126. The restaurant offers platters, including toasted sandwiches, brick oven pizzas, and vegan and vegetarian dishes. The new location will also include a breakfast menu, espresso-based drinks and housemade lemonades.
