As the North Carolina Synod continues to abide by its core values of Christ-Centered, Relationship, Generosity, and Reconciliation, we are aiming to connect with our members of color throughout the state. Our deep desire is to create a community within the synod for leaders of color to experience belonging, engage in leadership, and enrich our partnership with their voices, gifts, and presence.
