9:30am- 10:00am: Registration
10:00am-11:00am - Navigating the Administrative and Operational Aspects of a Dance Studio/Program with Kristine Smith, Co-founder/Artistic Director, Inspira Performing Arts and Cultural Center, LLC.
11:00am-12:00pm - Emergency Preparedness Workshop with Ellen Korpar, Emergency Preparedness Consultant
12:00pm-1:00pm - Open Discussion (Question/Answer, Networking)

I further release, absolve, indemnify and hold harmless Dance New Jersey, InSpira Performing Arts & Cultural Center, LLC, and Ellen Korpar from the responsibility of any injuries sustained during the course at. I hereby waive all claims against the organizers, sponsors or any supervisors appointed by them.  I also waive all claims against Dance New Jersey, InSpira Performing Arts & Cultural Center, LLC and its staff.

It is the practice of Dance New Jersey to archive all of our sponsored events, especially those relevant to the organization’s mission. This form serves as an official consent to utilize your images taken by Dance New Jersey staff members, or authorized representatives, during our events. Checking "Yes, I give permission" on this form indicates your full permission to publish the images of your participation taken via photography and videography for the use of Dance New Jersey’s promotional materials and media. Checking "No, I do not give permission",  your images will not be released to you or Dance New Jersey.

I hereby authorize Dance New Jersey to utilize images of myself, and/or, my organization for promotion and marketing purposes. I understand that with my consent, I also may have access to said images for my own personal/professional use.
