A group of lifetime Los Rios golfers named Mayor Harry LaRosiliere in a series of small claims lawsuits against the city of Plano, according to Collin County court records. Lifetime golfers of the recently closed Los Rios Golf Course are turning to the city for some restitution after it closed the course in early October.

The city of Plano purchased Los Rios Golf Course in 2014 for $3.5 million from Lyle Addicks of Golf Addicks. The city purchased the space with plans for a new 194-acre park with open space and trail connections south along Rowlett Creek to Pecan Hollow Golf Course.
