What’s in a Name? The Online Accessibility Center
Learn how SNHU’s College of Online and Continuing Education changed its name from the Disability Resource Center to the Online Accessibility Center (OAC). This presentation will provide an overview of the steps that were established to make the change and lessons learned during the process. Participants will learn how this team is able to support more than 1700 students, as well as how the OAC collaborates with partners to foster accessibility.

Presentation 2

Enabling Campus Student Success: Bridging the gap between IT and Disability Services
This presentation will look at the relationship between Instructional Support Services, a division of ITS and campus departments including the Campus Accessibility Center and Library to ensure student and faculty success.  Learn how Instructional Support Services works with the Campus Accessibility Center and provides technical support, training, and guidance to students and faculty around accessibility and assistive technology.
