Chinese American Parent Association of Montgomery County serves and advocates for Chinese American families in Montgomery County. Our objective is to promote Chinese American parent involvement in school communities, to advocate on behalf of our students and parents and to establish a strong partnership with all stakeholder to address educational issues and challenges.
