Welcome to a fun blog hop! The new Altenew collection is here and we are having a fun blog hop where you can see the products in action, get inspired and win prizes!

For today’s cards I am focusing on the itty bitty flowers die set! Love how versatile they are and how easy it is to put them together. Follow the guide on the packaging or just be creative, they are really forgiving any way you combine them they will look great.

For my first card I went with yellows and I added interest to the background with a stencil and a cut out panel with lovely edges!

  • Altenew Mix and Match Frames Die Set for Paper Crafting( ALTN )
  • Altenew Illusion Hexagons Stencil for Paper Crafting( ALTN )
  • Simple Greetings Die Set( ALTN | SBC | SSS )

For my second card I went with blue shades for the flowers and silver glitter cardstock. This time instead of using the branch from the same die set as the flowers I switched to those big leaves. They really make a statement on a card!

  10. Very pretty. I love the use of the background to frame the flowers. The different textures used are great, from the base card texture to the cut edge of the white background and then the stamped background. Thanks for sharing

  11. One could make a beautiful gift set using just these dies and different colors. Thanks for the inspiration!

  12. Both are so beautiful but there is something so special about the blue one, maybe because the color scheme is more unusual for flowers. I love it!

  13. Beautiful cards and products. I love the blue card as the flowers almost look like flax flowers, which is a favorite plant.

  14. Beautiful cards as always. Love the itty bitty flowers but would not have thought to use them other than with the branch that comes with them. Thanks for showing how great they look with the glittery in line leaves. Thanks, too, for the helpful video.
