You are invited to participate in a multi-phase on-line research study.  The purpose of this study is to get input from stakeholders on specific research questions that need to be addressed to increase the implementation of colorectal cancer screening.  

This information will be used to to inform the development of NCI initiatives and activities that can improve the uptake of evidence-based colorectal cancer screening and follow-up.  Your decision to participate in this research project is voluntary and your responses will remain confidential.
