The Executive Search Owners Association (ESOA) is a consortium of Dallas/Fort Worth area executive search firm owners/operators specializing in contingency, contract, and retained search.  ESOA meets monthly to share state-of-the-art practices and invest in resources that enable us to consistently improve our level of service, encompassing all aspects of managing and directing a premier search firm. Membership is open to independent owners only, and meetings are held monthly in North Dallas.  

ESOA welcomes new members who are owners of independent search firms, be they single or multiple recruiter operations.
