Meet the Mighty Migrant:
Ruby-throated Hummingbird

Thursday, April 4th •Tyvola Senior Center • 7:15 PM

Presenter: Judy Walker

Every spring birders, gardeners and just about everyone else eagerly await the arrival of ‘our’ dearly loved ruby-throated hummingbird. We love to see that sparkling gem flitting around our garden. They are so tiny it’s hard to believe they are descendants of dinosaurs. This month we will discover exactly how they manage their energetic lifestyle: from migration to finding food and raising young. They are truly an amazing ball of feathers.

So, flit on over to the Tyvola Senior Center (2225 Tyvola Rd.) on Thursday, April 4th. Refreshments will begin around 6:45 PM with the program starting at 7:15 PM. The meeting will recorded or those who can’t make the meeting.
