Our mission is to provide our members and their families with an experience unlike those you’d find at many traditional health care providers. Our care includes women’s health, men’s health, pediatrics and behavioral coaching. And it’s centered around the philosophy that health care shouldn’t be a hassle.

In addition to an annual physical exam with biometric panels, all members receive:

An unlimited number of relaxed, unrushed office visits

Patient portal with access to your care plans, diagnoses and current medication lists

Urgent Care

Sometimes, your health can take a quick downturn due to an accident or illness. When that happens, Nurture Health is here for you. Our urgent care services include:

Episodic and acute care (including in-house labs)
Sinus and respiratory infections
Sprains and strains
Wound care and simple laceration repair

Wellness Care

Without preventive care, health care only treats symptoms of disease and disorder, so we offer wellness care to increase the quality of your health before you need to see a physician. Wellness care at Nurture Health includes:

Health risk assessments
Ongoing biometric management
Active lifestyle programs
Weight management programs

Annual Biometric Panel

During your annual physical, we’ll perform tests that will produce data on several important health indicators. These tests include:

Blood pressure
Blood glucose
Body Mass Index (BMI)
Complete blood count
Basic and comprehensive metabolic panel
Hemoglobin A1c
Lipid profile
Thyroid function test

Labs

A variety of tests and lab results are available to members at no cost throughout the year, including:

Urine pregnancy
Rapid flu
Rapid strep
Rapid respiratory syncytial virus (RSV)
Urinalysis
Hemoglobin
Fingerstick glucose
Fingerstick PT/INR
TB skin test

A Nurture Health membership can work as a stand-alone benefits option, or it can be combined with an existing insurance plan—typically a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) plan. A membership can also work with many other benefits, including a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) or Health Savings Account (HSA). Just ask us how.

We have straightforward monthly pricing:

Standard adult memberships: $99/person
Child memberships: $49/person
Family memberships: maximum cost of $299/month
