We are coming together to celebrate our gratitude for all that God has provided: our families, our work, and all the beautiful nature surrounding us. We are especially grateful for the human connections we forge with others, particularly within our church community, as we join together in the uplifting and live-giving experience of worship.
We know that gratitude gives peace, and we want to spread that feeling throughout our community. That's why we've created our special gratitude letter project to create a Ripple Effect of Gratitude!
Here's how it works: One group will write notes of gratitude and send them to 3 other parishioners. Then, those folks will come after church and jot down what they are grateful for, and the ripple effect will continue to expand outward. Anyone and everyone can participate by sending or receiving the cards. Supplies will be provided at the writing station after our Sunday services. We will help with names and addresses and take care of postage and mailing. Worshippers not able to attend in person, please contact Jenifer Bluhm at jbluhm@sdlife.org.
So please join us after service any week (or EVERY week!) from Sep. 24th through Oct. 22nd.
Be a part of this amazing Ripple of Gratitude!
