Thank you for being our trusted partner and representing Wellcare, as we focus on transforming the health of the community, one person at a time. It’s a pleasure to work with you, and we appreciate your commitment and dedication to the Medicare beneficiaries you serve.
We are excited for the 2024 Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and look forward to sharing everything we’ve been working on this year, so you’re informed and ready to represent Wellcare and our products.
Centene’s Medicare footprint has grown in the past several years, resulting in several Medicare Advantage (MA) products being offered across 37 states, including the newest state in our MA footprint, Delaware! Our stand-alone Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) continues to be available nationwide. We have built a robust product portfolio that provides high-quality plans to support your beneficiaries’ entire well-being. We remain focused on our Dual Eligible products, which are designed to meet the needs of some of the most vulnerable beneficiaries in our footprint. And we continue to invest in service initiatives for our members and brokers and are always working to provide the best experience possible.

We are excited to offer a wide variety of plan offerings under the Wellcare brand. Wellcare offers a range of Medicare plans to provide members with affordable access to hospitals, doctors, and specialists.
Enhanced Ancillary Benefits
Wellcare Spendables multi-benefit cards, dental, vision, and transportation are just some of the benefits offered this year to help our members live better, healthier lives. Benefits vary by plan.
Broker Support
Continued investments have been made to enhance broker technology, improve white-glove processes, and support call centers to make working with Wellcare an easy, satisfying experience. Our Broker Portal, Centene Workbench, provides intuitive information related to licensing and appointments, applications and enrollment, sales compensation, and more, as well as enables brokers to manage their profile and submit support tickets to the internal support team.
