LeBistro Vietnamese Restaurant

This place is great - in a little strip mall with fresh fresh food and a lot of great options - including the stir fried noodles about 10 ways and the spring rolls bursting through their rice paper looking for that heavy and delicious peanut sauce.

It seemed like there was only one woman working in the whole place and she was working hard. Service was still good and the food was delicious and I don't know how she was doing it all!

I hope she gets some help and you go soon!

Super clean restaurant with very friendly staff. I called in my order to go. When arriving to pick up my food, the inside of the restaurant was larger than i expected. They had a great variety of boba drinks and milk teas. My order was packaged with care and the staff was very friendly. The phō was delcious.

Small, quiet, good! It's kind of a little hole in the wall, but will get busy quick. I believe it's a husband and wife not too sure but it was only one lady running the show in the front. Food was good! First time having pho! It was for my brother's bday and he loves pho, he insisted this place because it's one of his favorites. My mom got steak pho and I chicken! It was good and chicken was lean which I am very picky about but all in all pretty good! My brother got pho and a sandwich with chicken I think a bahn mi? But it was good, too many flavors for me. But all in all would def recommend it and would try it again!

Always good service and great food. They are little understaffed at times, but most restaurants have the same issue nowadays. Be patient and you will be rewarded!!

- Com Dac Biet: rice with grilled pork chop, sunny side up egg, 2 shrimps, and pork patty with a side of pickled carrots. The pork chop was flavorful, the shrimps were cooked well, but the pork patty was overcooked and dry. I wanted broken rice but they didn't have any at the time. 3.5/5

SERVICE: There was only one person working other than the cook. She was friendly and talkative. 3.5/5

FINAL THOUGHTS: We were grateful they were open, all the other Vietnamese restaurants were closed before the time stated on the door and website which was really annoying. I would come back and try other items.

i've been to most of the joints serving banh mi in abq and i'm fairly certain this one gets the award for Best Bread. they had many dessert options lined up at the register. just like i likes. i do love some mom and pop shops that remind me of my Westminster chompin days. if only we could get a tofu house.

This Vietnamese restaurant has a big menu full of dishes you can't find at many of the others. They're great for vegetarians, with delicious fake meat. I remember getting fake pork over crispy noodles and the sauce was so good and flavorful and the textures great. They also have a boba tea menu that's good, bahn mis, and other good takeout food. The inside of the restaurant part is nice for a sit down meal.

Despite getting food poisoning here from the visit prior to this one, I still came in today because their food is so good!! Today's visit was not good, well the food was delicious but the service was HORRIBLE!! I feel that a great experience is to enjoy food away from home and to also have great no-fuss service. I think the owner needs to hire more staff. We didn't get water today for maybe 5-10 minutes after seating ourselves. We didn't get our straws for the water until we received our meal. I don't drink water during my meal so at that point the straw was pointless. We were the only customers having a meal and halfway through, just one other patron came in so being busy is not the reason for the poor service. I feel really bad posting this because it's a local business and I just know she needs help.

I came to pick up a call in order and the lady with short, black-cherry hair yelled at me because I didn't understand her method of closing out an order. I've never been to this restaurant before. When I told her it was my first time she continued to yell at me. I will not be going back.

Really top-notch Pho Gah. It's all extremely fresh, generous portions, absolutely delicious, and when you order it to-go, it's always steaming hot and packed with care. My absolute favorite thing to eat when I'm not feeling well. I've gone places that charge twice as much for a pho of half the quality. Absolutely stellar! Fast, affordable, and addictively delicious. Thank you, LeBistro!!! I love your pho so much.
