Associate Attorney - Litigation

Gebhardt & Kiefer, P.C., seeks a full-time associate with 3 - 5 years of civil litigation and courtroom experience. Insurance defense, general litigation, and/or municipal representation experience a plus. Must have excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills. Must be admitted to NJ Bar. Part-Time Remote Attorney - Brief Writing & Litigation Support

Gebhardt & Kiefer, P.C., seeks a part-time attorney with exceptional analytical and writing abilities to handle legal research, brief writing, and litigation support for complex matters. Must have minimum of 3 years’ experience and must be admitted to NJ Bar. Approximately 15-20 hours per week with flexible remote work schedule.
