FALL RIVER, Mass. (WJAR) — Traffic came to a halt on the Braga Bridge Monday night after a multi-car accident temporarily closed the westbound lanes.
Massachusetts State Police told NBC 10 the accident involved injury but did not specify the extent or a cause of the crash.
NBC 10 crews on the scene observed several cars on tow trucks with visible damage. A large backup of traffic along the bridge could be seen until around 9 p.m. when traffic cleared.
Massachusetts State Police confirmed to NBC 10 the reopening of one lane of traffic.
