Our active weather pattern is far from over. Despite being in the typical coldest part of the year, this next area of low pressure once again produces predominately rainfall.

Rain starts between 5-7 pm from west to east.

As low pressure draws nearly overhead, the rain will fall heavily at times. Through early Monday morning, up to one inch of rain is possible.

Snow once again dominates in northern New England.

Once the low begins to pull away, Monday morning is instead cloudy and showery instead of steadily raining.

We may run into some issues later in the day and evening as snow showers wrap around the system with temperatures dropping to the low 30s.

Roughly a coating to one inch of snow is most likely for much of the area, but higher totals in far northern Rhode Island are possible and especially will be the case further north.

Some slick spots may develop for the evening hours until everything comes to an end.

While a breezy day, winds will not be substantial and remain below 30 mph much of the time.

Thanks for reading, and for turning to Storm Team 10.
