PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — Providence police said a man was shot on Providence Street Tuesday night.
According to Maj. David Lapatin, the man was pulled into a parking space around 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday when several shots were fired.
Lapatin said the man was hit in the arm.
He then showed up to Rhode Island Hospital. Lapatin said it is not clear how the man got to the hospital.
The injury is non-life threatening, according to Lapatin.
There are no suspects at this time.
