As a reminder, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA have each announced the expiration date for the Temporary Appraisal Flexibilities put in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The below table provides specific expiration dates for each agency.
Loan applications or appraisals after the expiration date are subject to the standard agency appraisal requirements.
