Chef/owner Dexter refined his craft on the QE2 and at a big resort, but he wanted to share his passion for food with guests in a more intimate setting. The result is Dexter's, a five-course dinner served on an upper patio with a sunset view near the southern tip of Grenada. It doesn't get better than this.

Facing Magazine Beach on the north shore of Grenada's Point Salines, the Aquarium Restaurant menu ranges from casual lunches to fine dining. The best in Caribbean seafood and steaks, various pasta dishes, and decadent desserts satisfy every palate. A special treat is their Sunday barbecue, with lobster, jumbo shrimp skewers, and jerk chicken breast among the grill selections.

Azul is the signature restaurant of the all-inclusive, adults-only Sonesta Ocean Point Resort. 10Best Contributor Melanie Reffes tells us the "views of the water are spectacular from this fine dining restaurant perched cliffside." Chef Charles Mereday brings his top-notch kitchen skills to his latest restaurant venture - The Galleon, overlooking Green Cay Marina on St. Croix’s east end. From crab cakes and scallops, mango mahi-mahi, and grilled salmon to seared duck breast and steaks, The Galleon gives you every reason to relax and enjoy the evening with friends in the Virgin Islands. 10 Best Contributor Chelle Walton raves, “The absolutely best local seafood and artisan produce prepared artfully in a waterside setting. Punj-abi is a surprising blend of the best Caribbean cuisine with the myriad flavors of northern India. Located near the airport on Grenada's southwestern tip, Punj-abi is convenient when you first arrive or just before you leave the island - but give yourself plenty of time to enjoy their relaxed atmosphere, excellent service, and great menu.
No. 5:
Perched atop a sunset-facing bluff, Sheer Rocks specializes in tapas, cocktails and an a la carte menu with dishes made from locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Everything is handmade in house, and all the seafood is line-caught or hand dived.

This floating taco boat in Coral Harbor serves tacos and cocktails at a bar just above the water. Guests need a boat to get there but the effort is worth it.

Diners at the Ital Shak enjoy organic vegetarian fare served alongside fresh juices pressed from local fruit, inspired by the Rasta way of living. Soup, roti and pattee make frequent appearances on the rotating menu.

The spectacular oceanfront setting at Elements complements the menu of globally-inspired dishes made from sustainable and locally grown ingredients. Local Aruban classics are served weekly during Sunday evening Local Arts - Local Eats events.

Open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Hemingway's offers incredible ocean views for hungry diners. Evening diners can enjoy fish tacos and fresh, locally caught lobster while listening to live music on select nights. Those looking for breakfast will like the popular Huevos Rancheros La Tequila or Toasted Almond Pancakes.
