Title IX/Discrimination & Harassment Report

Upon notice of a report of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or sexual harassment, that includes Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, Quid Pro Quo and Stalking, the Office of Civil Rights Compliance will assess whether an investigation will be conducted under the Discrimination and Harassment policy OR the Title IX policy and work with the person filing the report to address supportive measures needed to continue as a student or employee.

The "Complainant" is an individual who is alleged to be the victim of conduct that could constitute sexual harassment.

The "Respondent" is an individual who has been reported to be the perpetrator of conduct that could constitute sexual harassment.

The "Reporter" is a student or community member reporting the concern who is not the complainant.

The "Mandatory Reporter" is an employee of TCC reporting the concern who is not the complainant.

A "Witness" is an individual who witnesses or learns of violence or impending violence but is not directly impacted.
