Is your child interested in playing in Spring Reign on April 28 and/or April 29 in Burlington? The fee is $20 per day to play. (This is a soft commitment to help us gauge how many teams to register. Coaches will set the final teams, so answering yes does not guarantee a spot. Priority goes to older players. More info to follow.)

We'd like to know ABOUT the level of commitment we can expect from your child for the season. We will have 2 practices a week (T & Th) plus games on Saturdays.
80-100% (will miss a practice or two, maybe a game)
50-75% (will miss 3-5 practices and 3-4 games. Have other commitments but want to participate as much as possible)
25-50% (will miss more than half the practices/can only attend 1 practice a week. Can't fully commit to making most games)
