2022 OFC GENERAL SESSION Registration Form
Please complete this registration form after submitting your payment via PayPal.  There must be a separate registration form for each person participating that indicates their class picks in order of preference.  No one will be placed in a class until payment is verified.  Registrations without verified payment will be deleted after 48 hours.  There is a $25 non-refundable fee for all cancellations and the final refund date is January 23, 2022.
