Each day will run as late as needed, but the start times are:  19:00 Friday, 08:00 Saturday, 08:00 Sunday.  Typically Training events run at the base until around 22:00 Friday, 18:00 Saturday, and 15:00 Sunday however exact end times can't be set being all is based on tempo of the mission/event and all those in attendance.  These start times are for the IC Operational Briefing so you should be present and ready to act no later than these times; 1 hour prior is suggested.

Note that personal aircraft costs are not reimbursable.

Corporate Vehicle Driver's and Aircraft Pilot In Commands should check Yes .  All Personal Owned Vehicle Drivers will need to review applicable regulations.  If there is questions on how to handle reimbursement consult the mission FASC.

If your are a PIC or Driver we expect you to reserve the vehicle or aircraft appropriately.  If unable to reserve, leave blank and/or list with word "tentative" so we know it isn't scheduled yet, i.e. "Tentative C182 CAP 2040."  If reserved, List Type and Asset ID, I.e. C182 CAP 2040.  POV's list Type and Plate ID, I.e. Toyota Tacoma 9FS U45"  Leave blank if unknown at the time of registration.
