I think humor is a good thing in the office but how we perceive is the matter of our upbringimg and culture
Humor, like spirituality, connects us to something larger, like the irony of our human condition. It allows us to laugh at our anxieties, the better to overcome them. ... Humor is also a political tool that sheds light on the contradictions of power
Because people think "fun" takes away from productivity - wastes time.
I fundamentally believe in the power of humour and run my work as serious fun; however humour can be exclusionary if the humour is at someone else's expense. In multicultural environments you have to be cautious.
"Permission to be human beings." Interesting that we need permission to be our true nature.
