I fundamentally believe in the power of humour and run my work as serious fun; however humour can be exclusionary if the humour is at someone else's expense. In multicultural environments you have to be cautious.

Anita Vogelius Yes picking up on that point. Is it fair to say that the global community that we now live in (via the online world) means that we now have some many cultures that can interpret different styles of humour in so many different ways?
