The 'Eighteenth Pillar' award is presented to a Collingwood Girls Hockey Association volunteer who exemplifies passion and dedication while devoting endless hours to making a positive impact on our Collingwood Lightning hockey community. Building on the foundation that our original 17 members established for our association, this individual always goes above and beyond in their duties, making invaluable contributions, and championing the growth and development of both players and the association. 

Any and all persons associated with the Collingwood Girls Hockey Association is eligible to submit a nomination for The 'Eighteenth Pillar' Volunteer of the Year Award.
