By clicking agree, parent and student are making a commitment to be a member of PHHS Winter Guard for the entire 2023-2024 season. I understand that I should see the commitment I am making through to the end of the season. I will attend all rehearsals and performances. In the event that I cannot attend, I will communicate my absences in advance as soon as possible. Please design me into the 2023-2024 winter guard show. Student has permission to travel with the winter guard to all contests and events. Fees for the entire season are listed on the fees sheet, which are non-refundable. Parents/students are responsible for all fees after committing, even if they leave the program for any reason, and are non-refundable. Parents are responsible for any collections fees associated with late payments. I understand pictures of my student to be used in the band publicity (Facebook, website, etc.) Full student names will not be used without permission.
