Anti-Asian Hate and Emotional Well-Being
Student Psychological Services, in collaboration with the Asian Pacific Studies Program, is hosting two virtual healing sessions to address how anti-Asian hate and violence has impacted our communities and mental health. The first session (Thursday, April 29 from 11 am - 12:30 pm) is for AAPINH (Asian, Asian American, Pacific Islander, and Native Hawai'ian) students to connect, share, and learn self-care methods and healing. The second session (Thursday, May 6 from 4 pm - 5:30 pm) is open to all students, and will focus on the broader impact anti-Asian hate has had on students and their communities. Register here for the session(s) you'd like to attend to receive a Zoom link. You'll receive the link 24 hours before the start of the session.
