I hereby give permission for my child to participate in this year's Vacation Bible School. I understand that it will be completely online in my home. I understand that with my registration payment I will be provided with a box of materials to participate in science experiments and crafts, as well as the Bible study for each day. I understand that any additional decorations or props to enhance the Bible adventures or interactive features, I will have to provide myself. I understand that lunch will not be provided and that the sports activities will be also at home with our family and will not be done together with other children at the church. *
