Warning of Risk:
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is contagious. The state of medical knowledge is evolving, but the virus is believed to spread from person-to-person and/or by contact with contaminated surfaces. COVID-19 can cause serious illness, and even death. Any questions you have regarding COVID-19 or your risk of serious illness should be directed to your health care provider.

Misselwood Events at Endicott College cannot prevent you from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while utilizing our facilities or premises. It is not possible for Misselwood Events at Endicott College to completely prevent against the spread of disease, including COVID19. Therefore, if you choose to use our facilities or premises, you may be exposing yourself or increasing your risk of contracting COVID-19.

Assumption of Risk:
I have read and understand the above Warning of Risk concerning COVID-19. I am fully aware of the risk of contracting and/or spreading COVID-19 while utilizing Misselwood Events at Endicott College facilities or premises. I agree that the use of these facilities and premises are of value to me and in consideration for this value, I agree to assume and accept all risks, including the risk of contracting and/or spreading COVID19 and any illness resulting therefrom, associated with or resulting from my use of Misselwood Events at Endicott College facilities or premises.

Waiver of Liability and Release of Claims:
I forever release and waive any and all claims and my right to bring a suit against Misselwood Events at Endicott College and/or its trustees, officers, directors, agents, employees, successors, and assigns, in connection with any exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 and/or related illnesses resulting from my use of Misselwood Events at Endicott College facilities or premises. I understand that this waiver means I give up the right to bring any claims for personal injuries, death, property loss, medical bills, or any other loss, including but not limited to negligence and give up any damages I may seek, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.

Effect of Waiver and Release:
I understand this Waiver shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts. This Waiver contains the entire understanding of the parties superseding any prior agreements or negotiations.

Acknowledgment:
I acknowledge and affirm that I have consulted with my health care provider regarding the risks associated with COVID-19 resulting from my use of Misselwood Events at Endicott College facilities and/or premises. I agree to comply with all Directed Health Measures issued by the State of Massachusetts in my use of Misselwood Events at Endicott College facilities and premises.
