We decided to go with Gaya to handle our visa in Bali. We drove there almost a week ago to drop our passports and pay them. The process was quite seamless. 7 business days later, our e-visa were issued to us via email. The team has been very efficient, concise and communicative on WhatsApp and fb messenger. So thumbs up for that!

The office is a small operation with a lean crew with a few laptops and make shift desk. Very remote area in North Sanur/Denpasar. Initially we were a little skeptical because they don’t have much reviews on their google page, but we were told they had recently moved from an old office in Sesetam hence the lack of reviews or age of the business. So don’t let that alarm you.

Rate is really reasonable for a visa agent. 3.5 mil for social visa application, 750k per extension. 1st extension must do with them for finger printing. Subsequent extensions can be done on your own for 500k.

The only catch is they only accept cash or wire payment, and there really isn’t any ATM nearby. So make sure you prepare cash in advance before you drop by.

We really appreciated the responsive communication and efficiency for the rate we paid. Overall, we would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.
