Sales Research Coordinator

The Sales Research Coordinator manages lead generation, maintains the sales database, prepares and distributes sales tracking reports and provides additional support during the sales process. This position is for an entry level candidate who is self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead generation: Support Sales staff on research and identification of new business opportunities. Analyze and provide insights to sales team on industry trends in order to help develop sales opportunities.
- Sales Database Maintenance: Assist in maintaining groups Customer Relationship Managements (CRM) database. Utilizing CRM data, creates sales tracking reports and distributes to all pertinent parties.
- Analytics: Pull, analyze and interpret basic consumer data, including TV, social and digital analytics.
- Provides additional support as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a business-related degree
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to multi-task in a busy working environment. Detail and deadline orientated
- Ability to clearly and succinctly summarize large amounts of research and data
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
- Interest in sales and/or the sales process, and being at the forefront of marketing trends and news
