Marketing Assistant

We are seeking an applicant with significant experience and an intermediate knowledge of FaceBook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. In this position you will gain experience working with authors by managing their release schedules and promotions in cooperation with publishers, large media outlets and bloggers. You will also be assisting in daily tasks such as tracking release numbers, scheduling release calendars, creating and sending out press kits, organizing and mailing promotional materials and coordinating advertising space with media outlets.

Knowledge and experience with Photoshop is preferred but not required. The schedule is flexible but 30+ hours per week is expected.
