4. Test Subject Types (Input Data) - Ooooo...what about the state of the page? A single page could have 10+ different states (due to dynamic content like modals, megamenus, expand/collapse...)

The combination of HTTP exchanges (client requests and server responses) together with the DOM tree should be able to describe the exact state of the web content.
