To move forward with the discussion around #301 and #290, @skotkjerra and I have created this proposal, meant to highlight where we are coming from in this discussion.
There are a lot of examples at the bottom, illustrating the many different types of accessibility requirements mappings there might be. These are for our understanding now. I don't propose to include this many examples in the final spec.
